Virtual Job Fair requires the use of Adobe® flash player version 9.0.45 or higher. You can check your flash player's version by clicking here. If you do not meet the minimum flash player requirements, you can go to the Flash player download center to upgrade your flash player by clicking here.
Virtual Job Fair requires the use of either headphones or a headset to prevent feedback. Do not attempt to use Virtual Job Fair without wearing at least a headset. The feedback will not only prevent you from any audio communication, but it will also disrupt the audio for all the participants in the interview.

Some email programs may not highlight the entire Virtual Job Fair link. Try copying and pasting the entire link directly from the email into your browser's address bar (URL), then clicking "enter".
If so, refresh your browser to reset the bandwidth and picture to their default settings.
Other internet programs such as email, Skype (and other IMs), VOIP as well as other computer applications affect the quality of your computer's memory, CPU, and your internet connection. Please shut them down.
If you are connected to a VPN (Virtual Private Network), please shut it down.
Turn off your computer's sleep, especially if a re-log in is required.
Remember to log out of Virtual Job Fair at the end of each session.

a. Refresh your browser. This is easy to do and often resolves the problem immediately.

b. Clear your browser's cache and remove the browser's temporary files. Again, this is easy to do and often removes conflicting system files created by other programs from your browser.

c. Use a different computer. This may immediately solve your problem.

d. Ask someone else to login using their computer. User error is very difficult to diagnose.
